Welcome to Cozy Christmas. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our online store and any purchase you make from us. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to make a purchase.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to show our products, colours and sizes as accurately as possible. Screens display colours differently, and small variations between product photos and the item you receive can occur. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless otherwise stated and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed with an obvious pricing error; if this happens, we will notify you and refund any payment. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely by our payment providers.

4. Orders

Receiving an order confirmation does not mean we have accepted your order. We may refuse or cancel orders, for example where we suspect fraud or cannot ship to your location. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates. Our Shipping Policy explains processing times, delivery estimates, customs charges and what happens if a package is lost.

6. Returns and refunds

All sales are final, as described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

7. Product use

Please use products as intended and follow any included instructions. Electrical and light-up products should be used according to their instructions and kept away from water and heat sources. Car displays and other vehicle accessories must be used in line with the traffic laws where you live; it is your responsibility to check these before use.

8. Intellectual property

The content of this store, including text, graphics, logos and design, belongs to Cozy Christmas or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cozy Christmas is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Cozy Christmas operates, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
